The Problem
We were approached by Krool Jewels to update their old website that was clunky and was failing to convert high traffic volumes into sales. Not only this, the back end management of clients was done on an ad-hoc basis and production workflow suffered due to a lack of process automation.

From here we developed a clear road-map to deliver a new website & automation platform with the goal of improving conversion rates, simplifying production process’s and creating a better user experience whilst sticking to Krool’s unique brand philosophy.
We also implemented an SEO Campaign focused on identified keywords and product optimisation with the goal of organic traffic being the key revenue driver therefore reducing the reliance paid ads.
